Do I need to install anything?
No. ZeniHR is fully cloud-based. You and your employees sign in from any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
Does payroll handle Nigerian PAYE, pension and NHF?
Yes. ZeniHR calculates PAYE tax, pension and NHF contributions as part of each payroll run. It also produces a statutory report you can use for remittances.
Can we use ZeniHR outside Nigeria?
Yes. You can set your company's currency to any of 40+ currencies, including most African currencies, and the rest of the platform works the same.
Is our data safe? Can other companies see it?
Every company gets its own private workspace. All records are tied to your company, and there is no screen, search, report or export that can show your data to another company. Inside your company, role-based access controls who can see what.
