How It Works
Step 1 — Apply Fill out our affiliate application form. Once approved, our team creates your affiliate account and sends you your login details.
Step 2 — Get Your Unique Referral Code Every affiliate gets a personal referral code in the format ZEN-NAME-XXXX. Share this code with businesses you recommend ZeniHR to.
Step 3 — They Sign Up When a business contacts us to get started, they provide your referral code during onboarding. They are permanently linked to you from that point.
Step 4 — Get Paid Every time that business makes a subscription payment on ZeniHR, a commission is automatically calculated and credited to your affiliate account. Once we mark it as paid, the money goes straight to your registered bank account.
What You Earn
Commission Rate: 10% of every payment made by each business you refer.
Example: If a company you referred pays ₦50,000 for their monthly subscription, you earn ₦5,000 from that single payment — and you keep earning every time they renew.
There is no cap on how many businesses you can refer and no limit on how much you can earn.

Once approved, you get access to your own private portal at app.zenihr.com/affiliate/login where you can see:
- Your unique referral code with a one-click copy button
- Total number of businesses you have referred
- All-time total paid commissions
- This month’s earnings
- Pending payout balance
- Full list of referred clients and their status
- Complete commission history per payment
- Your registered bank details for payouts
Payout Structure
- Commissions are created automatically the moment a referred client’s payment is recorded on our system
- Payouts are processed by the ZeniHR team and sent directly to your registered bank account
- You can register any bank account — Nigerian or international — including details like SWIFT code, IBAN, routing number, or sort code depending on your country
- You can track every pending and paid commission from your dashboard in real time
